LO "Sweet sweet thoughts"

Στην τελευταία μας συνάντηση στο Ρέθυμνο είχαμε μαζί και τη μικρή Αδαμαντία, (κόρη της Παρασκευής και δική μου βαφτιστήρα), την οποία έχουμε σε πολλές φωτογραφίες από κείνη τη μέρα... Μερικές λοιπόν απ' αυτές τις φωτογραφίες αποφάσισα να βάλω στο μίνι άλμπουμ "καταρράκτη" που φτιάξαμε τότε! Τις διάλεξα τις έστειλα για εκτύπωση και έκατσα χθες να τις βάλω στο άλμπουμ... Δύο όμως απ' αυτές μου φώναζαν να μην τις βάλω στο άλμπουμ, αλλά να της κάνω φωτογραφική σύνθεση... Μιλάμε για ξελαρύγγιασμα οι φωνές τους ... όχι αστεία!!! Έτσι λοιπόν αφού έβαλα κάποιες στο άλμπουμ ( το οποίο θα σας δείξω σε άλλη ανάρτηση γιατί θέλει λίγο στόλισμα ακόμα.....), είπα να ηρεμήσω τις δύο που με φώναζαν και να τους κάνω το χατήρι δημιουργώντας μια ακόμα σύνθεση!!!

In our last meeting in Rethimno our little Adamantia was with us, (Paraskevi's daughter and mine god-daughter). We have taken a lot of photosnaps that day, and some of them I decided to put them in the "waterfall" mini album we made then. I have never finished the mini (I promise to show it to you in another post)... cause two of those photos were screaming not to be used in the mini, but in an additional LO. I couldn't do anything else but to obey... 

Έτσι βυθίστηκα για ακόμα μια φορά σε μια δημιουργική νιρβάνα, ( η αλήθεια είναι ότι αυτή η μικρή είναι μεγάλη πηγή έμπνευσης για μένα.... ) και ιδού τι βγήκε απ' αυτό το ταξίδι!

So I delved once again into a creative nirvana (the truth is that this little one is a great inspiration for me ....) and here is what came out of this trip!

Αυτά τα υπέροχα τριανταφυλλάκια μας έμαθε η Τατιάνα  να τα φτιάχνουμε από κορδέλα ρικ-ρακ, στην 1η Παγκρήτια Συνάντησή μας στο Ρέθυμνο! Τελικά μόλις χθες ήρθε ο καιρός να τα φτιάξω ξανά για μια δημιουργία μου! 

These wonderful small roses, Tatiana had taught us how to make them, using zig-zag ribbon, on our 1st Cretan Scrapbooking Meeting. And it was only yesterday the time for me to make them again for one of my creations!

Μια ακόμα υπόθεση C.S.I., έπρεπε να επιλύσω το Σαββατοκύριακο που μας πέρασε! Η σκηνή του εγκλήματος, τα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία και οι καταθέσεις έχουν ως εξής:

One more case file C.S.I., I had to resolve this weekend! The crime scene, the evidence and the testimony was as follows:

Για να λύσω την υπόθεση χρησιμοποίησα:

To resolve this case I have used:

for the crime scheme 

pinkish raspberry red (on the 2nd checkered layer and on the feather fibbers )

medium pink (for the background)

pale-pale pink ( on the 2nd checkered layer and on some inking distress)

light gray ( on masking and journaling)

dark gray (on the background of the mask element and on journaling)

I also used a 10% of some green colours.

evidence 

sparkly and shiny things ( strass pearl - metalic elements - pegs)

feathers fibbers

sequins

musical elements (stamped on journaling)

testimony

Song title (printed on a canvas fabric) + journaling out of it

Inspiration Words used in changing the lyrics of the title song, and poped off in the journaling space!

Για το ενδεχόμενο να μη φαίνεται καθαρά... το σχόλιο της σύνθεσης είναι συνδυασμένο με τον τίτλο και έχει ως εξής: 

In case my photo isn't good enough to read the journaling... this is combined with the title and goes like.... 

   U were born to be....

and make my hearbeat

C.S.I. file case No 15.

Από την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα ήθελα να πάρω μέρος σαν ερευνήτρια στις προκλήσεις του C.S.I. και να λύσω μια από τις υποθέσεις του! Δεν πρόλαβα να κάνω κάτι με την προηγούμενη υπόθεση τους, αλλά αυτή τη βδομάδα, η διαλεύκανση της υπόθεσης Νο 15 από μέρους μου ήταν επιτυχής!

Sinse last week I was trying to be an investigator on C.S.I. challenge cases, but I haven't organised my time correctly! This week though I have successfully solved their file case No 15!

Το πρώτο στοιχείο για την επίλυση της υπόθεσης ήταν η χρωματική παλέτα την οποία έπρεπε οπωσδήποτε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε! Ακολούθως μας δίνονταν αποδεικτικά στοιχεία καθώς και καταθέσεις τα οποία έπρεπε να συνδυαστούν καταλλήλως για να στεφθεί με επιτυχία η επίλυση της υπόθεσης Νο 15.

Our first clue was the colour palette that we had to use! Then we were given evidence and testimonies which should be appropriately matched to the successful resolution of the case No. 15.

LO "Little Bride" / Σύνθεση "Παρανυφάκι"

Έφτιαξα μια ακόμα σύνθεση το Σαββατοκύριακο που πέρασε.... με σκοπό να την αναρτήσω σήμερα! Γιατί περνάω πραγματικά καλά δημιουργώντας συνθέσεις, συνειδητοποιώντας τελικά ότι μου έλειψε πολύ όλη αυτή η δημιουργική ενασχόληση! Καθώς λοιπόν συνδέθηκα στο blog μου, έκανα και μια βόλτα από μερικά blogoσπιτάκια! Είδα λοιπόν τον οδηγό της Ελίνας, που παίζει ως πρόκληση στο Get Creative και μιας και νομίζω θα ταίριαζε αυτό που ήδη έφτιαξα, είπα να τα συνδυάσω!

I made one more LO this weekend, that I wanted to upload today! So, as I connected to my blog account I check out some of your recent posts! I saw Elina's sketch that plays for a challenge of Get Creative blog, and since I think my LO feets with it, I thought I could combine them! 

Αυτή είναι η δική μου δημιουργία με φωτογραφία από το γάμο της ξαδέρφης μου, μερικά χρόνια πριν! Η κόρη μου ένα τρισευτυχισμένο παρανυφάκι.... φαίνεται άλλωστε έτσι δεν είναι?

This is my LO, I have used a photo taken on my cousin's wedding day, some years ago! My daughter as you can see shines with happiness!
